Now with four ships in
operation, Black Prince, Black Watch, Braemar & Boudicca and with
the recent announcement of the purchase of a fifth, the Norwegian
Crown will be sailing as Balmoral from 2008, there is a broad choice
of destinations available, reaching literally all around the world.
From 2 night mini-cruises to a 107 night world cruise there should
be a cruise to destinations and for a period to suit everyone. |
 |
| Fred
Olsen has arguably the best choice of UK regional departures of any
cruise line. For 2007 Braemar is adding an Edinburgh (Leith)
programme to her Newcastle season. This enables Black Prince to
devote her time to the western coast of Britain, with more sailings
from Liverpool, Glasgow (Greenock) plus Dublin and Belfast. Boudicca
and Black Watch will continue to sail out of Dover and Southampton
on their UK departures. |

 |
Braemar
will be spending the winter in the Caribbean, her cruises won't be
to just the usual islands but the cruises will also take in the
Orinoco and Amazon rivers. Flights are offered from Gatwick and
Manchester on every departure plus there are a wide range of special
departures from a number of regional airports. |
|
| Details have just
been released of Black Watch's 2008 World Cruise, departing on the
5th January for 107 nights, there are four shorter sections
available. Sailing eastwards around the globe there are particular
ports of call of interest in the Pacific, New Zealand and the Far
East. |
