When our customers receive their tickets we ask them to send us a postcard from the ship with some brief feedback. Which will hopefully help us and you with decisions on future cruises. We have only just started the scheme so the responses will hopefully grow with time.

25th Oct 2008 New York, 4th visit-still as vibrant as ever. [Heathrow Terminal 5] - Excellent now. Good drop off facilities. Many passengers but plenty of check ins & security queue steady. Check in online in advance for batter aircraft seat. Newark airport facilities good. Go to city by Newark Airport Express Coach - $7.50 for senior citizens to Grand Central. 30/30 Hotel good & clean, Air Con, ensuite, adequate basic room. Queens suite bigger but not necessary. Recommend - two blocks from Empire State (5 mins walk). QE2 - Iconic. Still everything perfect & service unsurpassable. QE2

19th Sept 2008 Just to let you know our hotel & cruise with Ocean Village was a huge success. The Mirabello Beach is in a great location and the cruise is superb. Plenty of quality food. The staff on Ocean Village are the best we have ever come across. Ocean Village

1st Sep 2008 Plenty of sitting areas out in the sun so never any need to save seats. Food okay but regulars say that standards are falling. Room for storing luggage under the beds. Very large percentage of people w mobility problems. This probably affected the decision not to tender into two ports because of lumpy seas. The shows by the headlines were first class. Artemis
